DKA Projects is not a financial services provider and does not hold a licence under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (FAIS). Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product. We provide introductions only.

Investment risk

All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of capital. Returns are not guaranteed and past performance is not an indicator of future performance. You should obtain independent professional advice, appropriate to your own circumstances, before making any investment decision.

Our relationship with Investment Hub

DKA Projects receives a fee from Investment Hub where an introduction results in an advisor joining their network or in an investment being placed. This fee is paid by Investment Hub. It is never charged to you and is not deducted from any amount you invest. Because we introduce exclusively to Investment Hub, we do not compare providers and do not claim to offer a view across the market.

Descriptions of Investment Hub's services summarise material published by Investment Hub. DKA Projects is independent of Investment Hub and is not its agent. We do not guarantee that such information is complete or current.

Who is responsible

DKA Projects is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Contact: duane@dkaprojects.com.

What we collect

  • The details you enter in our forms: name, email, mobile number, province, and the other answers you choose to give (for advisors, FSP details; for investors, call time, an approximate amount and your priorities).
  • Where you arrived from: a partner code or campaign tag in the link, the page you landed on, and the website that referred you. This is stored in your browser for up to 30 days so we can attribute an enquiry correctly.

Why we collect it

To respond to you, to make the introduction you asked for, to confirm who referred you, and to keep records of introductions. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

With your consent, we share your enquiry details with Investment Hub so that they can contact you. Referral partners receive no personal information about the people who enquire. At most, a partner may be told that an introduction tagged with their code resulted in an outcome. Our service providers (website hosting and the spreadsheet and email tools we use to receive enquiries) process information on our behalf.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in access-restricted online tools. We keep records for as long as needed to complete the introduction and to reconcile fees with Investment Hub, and then delete or anonymise them. Some service providers may store data outside South Africa.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising cookies. We store a small attribution record in your browser (local storage) as described above. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing duane@dkaprojects.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at complaints.IR@justice.gov.za.

Marketing

We will only contact you about the enquiry you made. We will not send you marketing you did not ask for.

Partner conduct rules

These rules apply to everyone who shares a DKA Projects partner link. Breaking them ends your participation and any unpaid fee linked to the breach.

  • No financial advice. Do not recommend, rank or comment on the suitability of any product or provider, and do not suggest what anyone should invest in.
  • No performance claims. Do not quote or imply returns, projections or guarantees.
  • No unsolicited marketing. Do not send unsolicited SMS, WhatsApp, email or calls to people who have not asked to hear from you. POPIA section 69 restricts direct marketing by electronic communication.
  • Disclose that you are paid. Every time you share your link, make clear you may earn a fee.
  • No handling of personal data. Do not collect personal details on DKA Projects' behalf. People enquire on this website themselves.
  • Accurate statements only. Describe DKA Projects as an introducer and not as a financial services provider, and do not describe yourself as acting for Investment Hub.
  • Remuneration. Partner remuneration is set out in a written partner agreement agreed before any link is activated.
