Why an introducer exists at all

Good advisors do not always know which product houses will actually support them, and private investors rarely know how to find an advisor they can trust. Both problems are really the same problem: the right people are not in the same room.

DKA Projects closes that gap and nothing more. We do not advise, we do not sell, and we do not hold anybody's money. When the introduction is made and the two parties are talking, our job is finished.

Our relationship with Investment Hub

We introduce exclusively to Investment Hub, and they pay us when an introduction works out: a once-off fee when an advisor joins their network, and a referral fee when an investment is placed. We say this plainly on every page, because an introducer who hides who pays them is not worth being introduced by.

Referral partners who share our link are rewarded on terms agreed with them directly. They are bound by the same conduct rules we are, set out in our partner conduct rules.

Our regulatory position

DKA Projects is not a financial services provider and does not hold an FSP licence under the FAIS Act. We are an introducer. Every regulated activity (advice, intermediary services, product placement) sits with Investment Hub and their licensed advisors.
